I had a pretty nice stay overall! The room was super spacious and modern, with a comfy bed, big TV, and an awesome bathroom-shower AND tub! Plus, the location was on point. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at breakfast where they had tons of yummy options. Gotta give a shout-out to the cool Quara Robot that delivered my food too. Really added a fun twist to my business trip!

But there were a few things that bummed me out. First, the check-out process was a nightmare; I ended up being charged double without any clear explanation. It wasted a ton of my time, and I had to follow up for an invoice. the massage services at the spa were super limited—definitely could use more variety. not a perfect experience!

Good location - just next door to restaurants and cafes, the Centre, and many different local attractions, which include restaurants, malls and others, all within short distances. Incredibly nice breakfast at the facility for all tastes.

I had a pretty good time during my weekend stay! The hotel is really centrally located, making it super easy to explore the area. The breakfast spread was amazing, tons of delicious options to fuel the day. I also loved the outdoor Tea Room; it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.

There were definitely some downsides. My room had this weird humidity smell that just wouldn't go away. Plus, it felt like there weren’t enough staff during breakfast, which led to some long waits. these issues put a damper on what could have been a perfect getaway.
